WHO WE ARE
Araceli Spirits, LLC., is a company specializing in the importing, distribution and marketing of unique and boutique spirit brands.
Founded by beverage industry veteran, Victoria Araceli Vann, Araceli Spirits, LLC., was born out of collective observation that although there are big distribution companies, there are other, much more targeted ways for small and mid-size brands to reach beverage trade buyers, secure shelf space and ultimately put brands into the hands of consumers.
With more than 80 years of combined beverage industry experience, Araceli Spirits’ team members have been successful in establishing long-term business and personal relationships with individuals and companies that share and practice the mutual belief that honesty, integrity, and reliability are very important to the success of everyone. Our sincere promise is that we will continually work to exceed all of your expectations, and we very much welcome the challenge.

VICTORIA ARACELI VANN
Victoria Araceli Vann is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She is the founder and CEO of Araceli Spirits, LLC., a company that specializes in the importing and distribution of her liquor creations; Araceli Marigold Liqueur, Araceli Infused Chocolates, and Tequila Mascota.
In 2015, Vann stepped into the role of liquor brand owner and introduced Araceli, the world’s very first Marigold Flower Liqueur. Araceli, was envisioned by Vann while traveling through Mexico, and pays tribute to the marigold flower and the rich, vibrant culture of the people. Araceli Marigold Liqueur, continues to receive rave reviews from both trade and consumers alike, and is one of the most unique liquor products ever created.
Vann’s latest creation is Tequila Mascota. More than just a tequila, Mascota was created with the idea of making a one-of-a-kind product that would bring attention to animals in need. Tequila Mascota is Vann’s giving back passion project and it combines her love of animals and her favorite spirit tequila, together in one very special package. Tequila Mascota is a beautiful product that will support Vann’s philanthropic initiative for animals, as a portion of sales will be donated to animal shelter and rescue.
In addition to Araceli Spirits, LLC., Victoria also holds the position of Editor-in-Chief at Beverage Industry News (BIN) Magazine. As the premier beverage trade journal in the country, Beverage Industry News (BIN) has provided the U.S. beverage trade with pertinent beverage information for 87 years and is one of the most respected publications in the country. Vann, is an advocate for women empowerment and minorities in the alcohol beverage industry and has established herself as a leader to her peers.
Vann graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Occidental College and an M.A. from Azusa Pacific University.
